“I’ve eaten here (take-out and dine-in) several times over the last two years. I find the quality very inconsistent. Sometimes I have an amazing pizza and I can’t wait to go back, and then other times I’m underwhelmed. The crust is very inconsistent. One time it will be light and airy with a crisp base, sort of European style (which I love) and then the next time it’s dense, soft, and chewy like North American chain pizzas (which I don’t love). The topping quantity is also hit-and-miss. Sometimes there are a lot of toppings, and sometimes I can barely find 4 slices of chicken on a medium pizza. It is pricey but when you hit a “good day” it’s well worth it. I just wish it was more consistent.”
